Tabaka Academy is a Rural Primary School Located at Tabaka Ward, Kisii County, Kenya, in Africa. Tabaka Village is renowned worldwide for its rich resources in the Soap/Soft stone minerals. The founder of the school Mzee Abuya Daudi Tamaro and Mama Celina Bonareri Abuya are passionate about every child accessing and completing their education(More-so Basic Education]. In the 1970s, Mzee and Mama Abuya did start an institution by the name of Kenya Tutorial College that assisted many people at the time. Upon their retirement, the two humble couples decided to start an academy in 1995 so as to assist the children in the community and indeed, they have gotten a good foundation from the school.

Tabaka Academy was established in 1995 with the main aim of educating the children in the County at an affordable fee. The institution has come a long way since its humble beginning, and we currently have over 500 students in preschool and primary school.
